If I’m completely honest I didn’t know what was going to be my blog topic this week then I thought why not tell you guys about my healthy eating recently .
I’ve been eating healthy for past few weeks consisting of a fruit bowl because I’d been feeling hungry at work and Mariah had been feeling light head so we swapped at lunch times chocolate , crisps and a Apple to a yummy fruit bowl .
I’ve kept the rest of my diet the same because the fruit bowl is what I needed as it’s full of natural sugars which instead of bad sugars which you get in chocolate , with the good sugars they last longer keeping me full for longer I've been having tea with a sugar too give me the extra sugar so i don’t feel light headed , the not so good sugars were just and instant fix and didn’t last long.
I Have lost a little weight too which is a nice feeling, I feel like I’m not really know quite how to describe it but more refreshed a little more positive as well with eating my fruit bowl , if I’m honest I had a Yorkie bar the other day one of my favourite chocolates and after not having chocolate for ages i felt sick eating it I don’t really miss the crisps either i think when your body gets used to better eating the not so great eating is a distant memory plus I’m not really a junk food person which I think is part of why I don’t really miss chocolate etc .
My fruit bowl contains one whole nectarine , usually a handful of strawberries ,blueberries ,grapes depending on the size of the fruit is what I do by when making my fruit bowl I also have half a mango (yummy ) , cherrys , I try and switch up having different fruits like some days I swap Orange and a kiwi for something but it’s entirely up to you what goes into your fruit bowl , it doesn’t take long to make my fruit bowl about 15 minutes with washing the fruit too.
